We interviewed Hawi for a position that we thought went well. Had multiple conversations, and offered her the position which she agreed to. We also agreed to a start day and time. On the first day she did not show up without any call or text to explain why. We called and texted her and she never responded to us. This was highly unprofessional and inconsiderate and left us in a bad position
