About Haven Ann

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With one year of paid experience and another year of unpaid experience, I specialize in Math, English, and Test Preparation. I prioritize creating an engaging, supportive, and patient environment where every child feels capable. I assess your student's unique learning style by actively observing their interactions with new material and maintaining open communication with you. When concepts feel challenging, I break them into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to build momentum. I am comfortable working in your home, my home, or the library, and I am always happy to work alongside your pets. Watching a student's confidence grow as they master new skills is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to partnering with your family to help your child thrive and discover the joy of learning.
