As a Nature Preschool Teacher for the past two years I have fallen in love with early childhood in the outdoors. Guiding children through risky play in nature has taught me the importance of trusting their intuition and abilities while still emphasizing safety. I have loved creating curriculum as a teacher that will be valuable during my time with your family. By supporting developmental milestones while engaging their imagination is a skill that I've carefully developed with over 30 children. My most favorite part of working with children is getting to play with them and engage in their interests. I fully embrace the idea that children lead and I follow. I am CPR and First aid certified, passing Colorado State background checks and obtaining a Level 3 Teacher in Colorado Shines PDIS with ongoing online trainings. I am so excited to connect with a family that values play outdoors, scaffolds social emotional development with their little ones, and are clear and kind communicators.
