About Harrison
Experience: 3 yrs
Creative & Experienced Mentor I'm a business owner, inventor, game developer, piano teacher, and pickleball instructor with a BA in Journalism, Advertising, and Music. I've played piano for 25 years and, most importantly, I love teaching. I want to be a mentor who helps children build confidence, curiosity, and independence through real-world experiences. I can teach your child about music, creativity, entrepreneurship, game development, inventing, problem-solving, and even how to turn their ideas into a business. My goal is to give kids the tools and encouragement to explore what they're capable of, think creatively, and discover what they're passionate about. I believe learning should be fun, and connected to the real world.

Harrison has been such a special teacher for my daughter. What stands out to me most is that he isn’t simply teaching her how to play the piano, he genuinely cares about helping her discover her own authentic expression through music. He really sees her passion and takes it seriously. Rather than trying to fit every child into the same mold, Harrison seems to pay attention to who they are, what draws them to music, and what makes them come alive creatively. He encourages my daughter to explore that and to trust herself as a musician. As a parent, there is something really meaningful about watching someone recognize something your child loves so deeply and then intentionally nurture it. I feel like Harrison wants his students to develop skill, of course, but even more importantly, he wants them to develop their own relationship with music, their own voice, confidence, creativity, and passion. I’m incredibly grateful that my daughter has a teacher who doesn’t just teach her piano, but supports her in becoming more fully herself through music.
