My college education complements my hands-on experience in home health and hospice services. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Earning your trust is my priority.
