I had multiple interviews with Harper, as did my ex-husband and I even rearranged my schedule twice for her to meet my children. She canceled one meeting 20 minutes before arrival, citing distance and a prior commitment, despite the job location being clear from the start and her lack of initiative figuring out the distance for herself. A reference confirmed they had “known her most of her life” but gave no actual work history. Before our rescheduled meeting, as well as 10 min before my call with her one referral, she declined the job altogether. (Though she hadn't been offered the job) While polite, she showed poor reliability and unclear experience, so I would not recommend her for childcare. I do not think she has enough experience to be asking for $25 an hour either.
