About Harper

I am classically trained percussionist as well as a commercially trained drum set player. I have worked with kids of all ages ranging from 5-18 teaching them a multitude of musical ideas ranging from rhythmic structure and music theory to playing the marimba and drum set. I have completed 2 years at Belmont University in their Commercial Music program with an emphasis in Music Business. I played in Vanderbilts drumline for one year and have been teaching private lessons for about 5 years. I absolutely love working with kids and like to create a very fun environment to learn and play music in!
