I'm also experienced in home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assisting with mobility and physical activity. My approach is patient, friendly, and professional. I'm detail-oriented and adapt to changing routines, especially when managing confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a genuine connection. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing regular updates. I also have experience with medical management and dementia care. I am CPR and First Aid trained, and I have a car.
