Hi there! My name is Harjot and I'm a dependable, nurturing babysitter with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a lifelong love for caring for children. I have hands-on experience helping raise my nieces and nephews from a young age, which has taught me how to be patient, attentive, and creative when it comes to supporting children's needs at every stage. From bottle feeding and diaper changes to school pickups and homework help, I understand how important it is to provide consistent, loving care. I enjoy planning engaging, (especially anything involving storytelling or history!) and making sure kids feel safe, heard, and valued. I'm also an animal lover and recently adopted a shy rescue cat, so I know the importance of patience and gentleness when it comes to building trust--whether with pets or little ones. I'm more than happy to help with pet care as well, if your family includes any furry members.
