I'm passionate about unlocking each student's unique potential through personalized support. I enjoy helping students in elementary school and adults succeed in Math, English, and Business. My teaching philosophy centers on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning, not just memorization. I assess individual learning styles through active listening, observation, and open communication, including regular check-ins. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and breaking down complex problems. Communication is essential for understanding student needs and building a collaborative environment. Witnessing those "aha!" moments and seeing confidence blossom are the most rewarding parts of being a tutor. I am currently working on CPR and First Aid certification.
