My three years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant have equipped me with the skills to provide compassionate and detail-oriented care. I am patient and calm, adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I understand the importance of clear communication with families, providing verbal updates, written daily reports, and always following their preferred method. Building a connection with your loved one by understanding their preferences and personal history is important to me. I have a high school degree and current CPR and First Aid certifications.
