My philosophy of childcare is the same as my ideals for patient care. Everyone, no matter where they come from or how old they are, should be treated with respect and kindness. I love to carry those ideals with me whenever I nanny. In addition, I enjoy implementing outdoor activities but balance it well with indoor personal moments. Authoritatively, I have no problem acting stern when a situation arises but I like to get on their level to understand how to handle it.
