I've worked with children from infancy through middle school and create a calm, structured, and engaging environment. I'm also a certified yoga instructor and love incorporating movement and mindfulness into kids' routines. With a background in professional cooking, I prepare healthy, homemade meals and can accommodate food needs. I focus on nurturing the whole child, mind, body, and heart, as well as love supporting families with care that's warm, consistent, and thoughtful.
