About Hannah

Direct human care is in my nature and has always came naturally to me, as I've been caring for people for many years now. I have experience with both children and seniors. I worked 5 years In acute care hospital setting on med/surg, ICU, cardiac observation, emergency medicine and trauma. I also have 5 years experience in home care with both acute and non acute, special needs, autism and spectrum care. I am BLS trained. I love helping people, and making a positive difference in their lives. I am a very outgoing, kind, happy and bubbly person. I have reliable transportation of my own that I can also use for errands and outings if and when needed. My availability is completely open and flexible, as well as being able to start immediately!
