My husband and I hired Hannah to watch our infant full time. We had messaged back and forth and eventually confirmed a start date. The day before she was to start, I confirmed she was still good to take the position. She said she was. Monday morning she stated she could be there for 6:30am, my husband and I made sure we were awake and ready to give her information and show her where everything important was. Hannah did not arrive at 6:30, I messaged through Care.com, later sent her a text message, and then also called her and left a voicemail. She did not respond to any attempts to communicate, even to let us know she could no longer take the position. I would not recommend hiring Hannah.
