Hannah is capable of doing the necessary cleaning, given adequate instructions and supervision. However, she is not reliable. We agreed to a flexible schedule, but she changed her choice of time twice in the four weeks she worked for me. The fifth week she postponed and then bailed completely, leaving me without my carpet vacuumed on the day I was having it professionaly cleaned. I cannot give her a higher rating because I think she is not mature enough to be reliable.
