About Hannah

Hi, nice to meet you! I started working with kids when I was a senior in high school almost 15 years ago. I have six years of paid experience as a nanny for three families and five additional years of unpaid volunteer experience of childcare and mentorship for two non-profits: a total of 11 years. I have cared for all ages, and educated all ages in personal self-care, mental health care, leadership skills, and tutoring in several school subjects. I am bilingual in Spanish and English. I am CPR/BLS certified and take safety as top priority. I also believe that childcare should be engaging and fun for kids, not putting them in front of a device and ignoring them for 4 hours. I emphasize active and creative activities, getting outside, and engaging youth in hobbies they are already interested in and finding new, related interests for them to try out. I am happy to help with whatever care is needed around the home as well. Thank you for considering me!
