About Hannah

My name is Hannah, I am 20 years old. I am very compassionate, loving, and trust worthy with great communication skills and very flexible. I have been working in the home health care field for three years. For the past three years my health care experience includes, personal hygiene care (bathing, grooming and dressing) mobility care, administering medications, meal preparation, light house keeping and laundry. I am also available for grocery shopping and taking patients to and from appointments. I have also cared for patients who have dementia and Alzheimer's. For those concerned with appointments I have a very reliable Subaru that is very easily accessible for elderly.
