Hannah was our nanny for over a year to a 3-year-old and 18 month old (ages when she started). She was always punctual and communicated early when she had to miss, which was rare and due to illness. She is very calm and patient, even through tough toddler tantrums. Our boys loved her and still ask about her. She is also very receptive to feedback and implemented any changes we asked her to make (never anything serious, just personal family preferences). We were so sad she moved away, but know she will do great with another family!
