About Hannah

Over the past few years I've had my fair share of experience with children. For the past 4 summers I've worked full-time as the Art and Music Director/Counselor for kids ages 4 to 12, planning art activities, teaching them songs, and doing all kinds of other fun activities. In my senior year of high school I had a part-time internship with the second grade class at my local elementary school, helping out with math and tutoring for about 2 hours a day. I also spent 3 months last fall living with a family-friend helping to care for her newborn, and help around the house when needed. This past fall I was volunteering 2 days a week at a girls home in Chile working with underprivileged girls ages 6 to 10, helping with school works, playing, and being there as support. I started babysitting when I was 13 and have been doing it regularly ever since for kids with ages anywhere from less than a year old to around 12 or 13. I'm currently studying abroad in Spain and even working with kids here, I'm volunteering in a school in the afternoons, teaching English. I absolutely love working with kids and enjoy doing arts and crafts with them and above all playing outside.
