I have always loved to help people. I grew up with a younger sister on the spectrum, and she truly was and still is my best friend. In high school, I volunteered for the special needs classes and became a big sister to many different teens who needed the extra support. Now in college, I do the same thing. I hope to one day work as a therapist for people with special needs and mental health illnesses.
