About Hannah

Hannah spent almost 20 min on the phone with me one night convincing me of how pristine her work is. We settled on a price and agreed to a two day schedule that week as I was just moving in and needed the assistance before movers came. She cancelled the first night claiming her flight got delayed coming in (she's also a flight attendant). Understandable, so I said that we could just do extended hours the next day. I bought all of the supplies that she asked for and sent photos of the house just like she requested only for her to cancel on me 30 minutes before her scheduled time. I confronted her after she asked to "rain check" and said that I needed someone reliable. I gave her a chance to come the following week, but she ghosted me. I would not recommend doing business with her unfortunately.
