About Hannah

I am an outgoing and enthusiastic college grad with 6 years experience as a summer camp counselor, and am an incoming Apprentice Teacher at a local private school. During my time as a camp counselor, I was the lead director for campers aged 6-8 for three years, and in my final year was promoted to Full Camp Assistant Director, where I oversaw daily operations and managed care for over 150 campers age 4-13. I hold a bachelors degree in English from Kenyon College and am passionate about promoting early childhood literacy among the children I care for. I like to provide regular updates on your child's day through texts or calls, and I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules as I have specific training in the Responsive Classroom approach. I also love being outside! Walks, bike rides, and trips to the beach are some of my favorite activities to keep kids healthy while having fun. I am CPR and First Aid certified by the American Red Cross, have a car, and am comfortable around pets
