About Hannah

I'm a former K-5 music and art teacher. I have my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in music education, as well as a Reading Laureate endorsement through the Bellarmine Literacy Project. While earning my Master's degree, I took courses such as Creativity and the Young Child and Theories of Play, so I know how to structure engaging, play-based activities that promote learning. While working in the classroom, I utilized what I now know is called a gentle parent approach to misbehavior, focusing on solutions to problems rather than unrelated, punitive consequences. My favorite way to think about childcare can be summarized in one well-known phrase. It takes a village. And, I would be honored to be a part of your village.
