I started a nannying job which eventually led to a position as director/lead teacher at a 10-child preschool. After two years in this position I decided to move back home and get my Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis; this degree taught me best practice in skill acquisition and behavior management for children. My passion is in working closely with families to create fun, structure, and learning for kids of all ages!
