I hired Hannah just last week. She came to our house twice, both days on time and did great with the girls. Come this morning she wasn't here at 11:30, I texted her to confirm if she was still coming and she never showed nor called/text me that she couldn't make it. Of course this caused me to make other plans for the girls as well as make me an hour late for work. I would not recommend hiring Hannah for a committed babysitting job, maybe just a date night or 1 day thing.
