Hannah really saved us when we needed help. We have a 11 mo old (9mo when she started with us) and a 5 year old. The very first day she started she jumped right in like she's known my family for years. She took initiative to do things that needed to be done without us asking. My lil pandemic baby who has full on stranger danger absolutely fell in love with her at first sight. She's always early & very reliable. After SEVERAL nannies she is by far our favorite.
