We had the honor of getting to know Hannah over the last few months as she cared for our 9-month old while I worked from home! She was an absolute delight. Not just "on time" every day, but early. So reliable, communicating any dates she would be out of town or unavailable far in advance so we had time to make other plans. She communicated so well about our son—how naps went, how long, what he ate, anything out of the ordinary she noticed like runny noses or teething. She was SO sweet and kind with our rough n tough toddler every morning as I spent her first 15 minutes there getting him ready for daycare—being excited with him whenever he showed her his toys and even getting laugh out of him calling her "My Hannah". Our sweet little guy got SO excited every time he saw her—smily, happy, playing peek-a-boo between her and me. Reflecting back on the last few months with Hannah, every day was just easy. She was intuitive, solving problems on her own whenever she could as to not interrupt my work day, listened to and retained instructions well, and was better as getting our little guy to take naps than I am. Amazing experience! A no-brainer of a hire!
