About Hannah

Hello there! My name is Hannah and I live in Rocklin California. I am a recent college graduate with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. I aim to be a Speech Language Pathologist specializing in the geriatric population. I absolutely love working with seniors and work to build connections and lifelong relationships with them. I have experience with hospice/end-of-life care, working 1 on 1 in their private homes, as well as working in an assisted living facility. More specifically, my grandfather had lewy-body dementia and my grandmother currently is in the beginning states of dementia. I have experience with working with patients suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's but aim to keep as much independence in their life as possible! I am also comfortable with toileting, showing, feeding, and running errands!
