Hi! I'm a single mom with two active boys - 6 and 8 and I'm looking for a part-time childcare role (after school pick up to dinner time drop off) that would work well for both families. I work full-time as a playground designer, but with a slower season ahead, I'd love to provide a fun, engaging space for your child. Your child would be in an environment where they would be free to express themselves, ask questions, explore ideas, and make friends. I am emotionally intelligent and love to provide a safe environment for kids to be outside as much as possible and engage their minds and relax inside when needed. I enforce healthy boundaries with kids, but I am flexible and willing to negotiate with them whenever I can. I grew up in East Texas, earned a sociology degree, lived in Colorado, and now call Houston home. My kids love playgrounds, skate parks, pools, Roblox, Minecraft (in moderation), and exploring museums. Let's chat and see if it's a good fit!
