About Hannah

For the past 12 years, I have been a dedicated educator. I hold a graduate degree and am a certified teacher. My teaching philosophy centers on the belief that every student possesses unique potential. I strive to create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment. I vary my teaching strategies, using visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions to suit individual learning styles. I also encourage open communication and regular parental check-ins. I provide consistent positive reinforcement and celebrate small successes. I am experienced with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504). I can help with Math, English, Science, Test Preparation, and Study Skills at the elementary level. I am willing to tutor online or in person at libraries, community centers, or coffee shops. Helping students achieve their academic goals is the most rewarding aspect of my work, and I look forward to helping your student thrive.
