About Hannah

I have worked with the senior population for many years. I was a Wellness Director for the YMCA for 10 years. I helped to create programs for our AOA (Active Older Adult) group. I also instructed our Gentle Strength classes. In this role I worked with people with many different physical limitations and abilities. I spent many years of my childhood with my grandparents. I was a caretaker for both my grandmother and mother. Seniors are one of my favorite groups to work with. I think that we can learn so much from this generation. Companionship is very important as seniors can easily become isolated. I'm happy to assist with household duties, errands, appointments and personal care. I love to cook and can assist with daily meal planning and preparation.

You can not go wrong hiring Hannah to help in your home or with your loved one. She is an angel. Very kind, dependable, capable and knowledgeable about complicated medical situations. We had to change course with our caregiving needs but we were very sad that the situation going forward could not include Hannah. She’s the best ❤️
