I'm a current student who has about 4-5 years of experience working with children with complex special needs. I am primarily an ADL specialist (activities of daily living) meaning I teach children how to do chores and take care of themselves the right way. This is helpful for children wanting/ learning to become more independent but still need a watchful eye or extra help.
