Hi, I'm Hanna. I'm a Registered Nurse with a heart for caring for older adults and supporting families through seasons that can feel overwhelming. My background is in hospice and senior care, so I'm very comfortable providing calm, respectful, dignity-centered care for people with chronic illness, cognitive changes, mobility issues, or higher support needs. I can help with companionship, safety monitoring, medication reminders, light personal care, meals, appointments, family updates, and general wellness check-ins. I also understand how valuable it is to have someone who can notice small changes and communicate clearly before things become bigger concerns.
