Hanna was hired to care for our parent. She came on 2 occasions to see if it would be a good fit (and was paid), we then we agreed to an ongoing schedule which she indicated would work for her. Three days before she was scheduled to start providing care, she texted and indicated that she had another job offer for full time care and would not be caring for our parent after all. At no time did she indicate that she needed to work full time. In fact, on 3 days of the days of the week she was only available certain hours as she stated she had another client so we accommodated her schedule. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Definitely left us in a terrible predicament in terms of trying to find another caregiver for our parent.
