I am a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with three years of experience in private duty nursing and home health care. I also own and operate a home health agency, giving me experience in direct patient care, care coordination, and supporting families. I am passionate about helping seniors and individuals maintain their dignity, safety, comfort, and independence at home. I provide personalized care, including medication management and education, vital signs monitoring, health assessments, chronic disease education, fall prevention, personal care assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, errands, and transportation.
