As a patient and friendly childcare provider with 8 years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My positive experiences in previous babysitting roles motivated me to pursue this career. With my skills and knowledge, I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of various ages, from infants to preteens. When it comes to communication, I believe in transparent and open dialogue with parents. I provide verbal updates at pickup time and adapt to their preferred communication methods. Enforcing household rules is a crucial part of my role, and I do so with consistency. I love engaging with children through various games, including outdoor sports and physical activities, board games and puzzles, and educational games that stimulate learning.
