About Hana

Hi! I am a current college student, about to start my senior year. I love working with and caring for kids, having experience as a cello teacher, tutor, and babysitter spanning ages 5-13. I had my first babysitting job in eighth grade! As a native New Yorker, I know this city like the back of my hand, having lived in Windsor Terrace, Flatbush, Park Slope, Bushwick, and the East Village. As I'm pursuing a degree in Film, I personally value the importance of exposing young kids to child-friendly media that promotes whimsical curiosity and expands their creative imagination. My favorite games/activities to play with kids include drawing exercises, book-making, and acting/iMovie making! As for pets, my family has 3 cats that we love and adore so I am very well versed in caring for cats. I have experience tutoring elementary and middle school Math and English, subjects I maintain a strong knowledge in having graduated from Stuyvesant High School.
