I'm looking for a job that will be relatively flexible around my work & school schedule (I cannot provide boarding care because I live in school housing but I CAN do overnight care in your home) Assuming I'm the right choice for you and your family i'd be comfortable exchanging schedules as well as meeting beforehand if necessary!!!
