About Hallie

Hi, my name is Hallie, and I've been caring for children of all ages for several years. I truly love working with kids and being a part of their growth, whether that's supporting the early milestones of infants, guiding curious toddlers through new discoveries, or helping older children stay engaged, confident, and supported in their routines. I've also cared for families with multiple children at once, which has taught me how to stay organized, patient, and flexible while making sure each child still gets individual attention. I'm comfortable managing different schedules, keeping routines smooth, and maintaining a calm environment even on busy days.
