About Hallie

Hi! My name is Hallie, and caring for others has always come naturally to me. I have several years of babysitting experience and five years of professional caregiving experience as a CNA working in hospitals, nursing homes, and hospice care. My background has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to stay calm and attentive in any situation. I genuinely love working with children - especially babies and toddlers - and enjoy engaging them in outdoor play, reading, crafts, imaginative play, and other hands-on activities with minimal screen time. I grew up as the oldest sibling and cousin, so I've always taken on a nurturing, leadership role. I'm dependable, safety-focused, comfortable with pets (I have a dog of my own!), and happy to help with light housekeeping, organizing, and meal prep. I strive to create a warm, structured, and positive environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow.
