About Hallie

Nurturing children comes naturally to me! For the past 11 years, I've had the joy of watching young ones learn and grow, and I'm eager to bring my experience to your family -- I started caring for kids when I was 12 and haven't stopped since! I am comfortable caring for up to 3 children of all ages, but I have a soft spot for babies and toddlers. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I believe in open communication with parents. I want to learn from you about your child's needs, and am very comfortable enforcing household rules/holding boundaries in tricky situations! I'd love to find a hybrid house manager/nanny job in the East Austin area, but am happy to drive a bit. I also have CPR/First Aid Training that can be re-certified on request. My experience spans families with multiple children, kiddos with special needs (both physical and intellectual disabilities), multiples (twins), and have been in leadership roles for kids up to 17!
