About Hallie

Hi! My name is Hallie, I am a new Michigan resident as of the last week of June! I am in college currently studying to become a teacher. I hope I can be a good fit for your family! I have over four years of experience working with children in both educational and recreational settings. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment where children can learn, grow, and be themselves. I previously worked with children ages 7-8, encouraging outdoor play, teaching swimming skills, and helping children build confidence through problem-solving and teamwork. I also worked as a paraprofessional with 2nd and 3rd graders, where I supported learning and helped make the classroom a positive and engaging place. I am CPR and First Aid certified and committed to providing dependable, attentive care. I love building meaningful relationships with children and families and would be honored to support your child's growth and development.
