I'm a thoughtful, creative, & authentic city girl who loves working with kids for their curiosity & honesty. To me, getting to witness their worldview take shape & participating in building their confidence through learning & play is such a privilege. I love how working with kids helps me stay grounded & open as we get to learn from one another each day. It keeps me lighthearted. My approach with kids is to always lead with genuine warmth & generosity. Setting gentle, clear boundaries helps everyone feel safe & cared for. My skillset includes being engaging, creativity, communication, & patience. While I do lean more toward artistic/creative, I also love sports and think physical activity should be a priority. In my free time I like to write, sing, craft, & explore. I'm seeking a flexible job that fits around my other commitments. Reliability & good communication are essential to me, & I'm excited to find a family where I can meaningfully contribute while maintaining balance.
