About Hallie

While the majority of my care-giving experience is in relation to children, I also have over 2 years of Senior care experience. My Senior care experience is in direct relation to an 80-year-old woman, who I was the primary caregiver for over a period of 2 years. I have experience with the following: -Errands and needed transportation (post office, Doctor's appointments, shopping trips, grocery shopping, car maintenance, visits to the Senior Center, visiting friends) -House cleaning (kitchen area, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping and mopping, laundry, etc.) -Meal preparation (researching and preparing tasty and healthy meals) -Assisting with medication -Animal care and grooming (she had two dogs and I took care of all walking, bathing and grooming, feeding and playing) -Helping with mobility (walking and traveling up/down stairs and on uneven surfaces) -Assistance with bathing and dressing -Providing companionship I really enjoy working with, and helping care for, seniors, and I feel that I learn so much from them as well.
