About Haley

My name is Haley. I am currently a caretaker/teacher at Stillwater Daycare. I am working towards my Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education. I have worked with kids there for two years. I have also babysat for friends and family since I was 16. With over 5 years of childcare experience, I have honed my skills in nurturing and educating children of various ages. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creative and imaginative nature, allows me to connect with children on a deeper level. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, regularly sharing updates about their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns. My experience in early childhood development coursework, combined with First Aid and CPR training, equips me to handle any situation with confidence. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while maintaining a nurturing environment, ensuring children feel safe and respected.
