About Haley

I have over a decade of hands-on experience caring for children, including raising four of my own, who range in age from 4 to 16. As a mom of children at very different ages and stages, I'm comfortable caring for little ones, school-age children, and teenagers. My two youngest children are in pre-K and kindergarten and have special needs, which has given me additional experience with patience, flexibility, routines, communication differences, and meeting each child where they are. My 14-year-old is homeschooled, and my 16-year-old son is involved in marching band, where I regularly volunteer and help support the students during practices, performances, and events. I genuinely enjoy helping others and being someone families can depend on. I'm patient, flexible, attentive, and calm, and I try to bring a positive attitude and a sense of humor into everything I do. Most importantly, I want children to feel safe, comfortable, understood, and cared for while they are with me.
