Hi! I'm Haley. I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with 2 years of clinical experience, including work with children who have special needs and behavioral challenges. I've been caring for kids for over 10 years -- babysitting, nannying, and substituting in elementary schools. I've always been fascinated with child development. Since becoming an RBT, supporting neurodivergent kids has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life. I lead with patience, compassion, and emotional awareness, meeting each child exactly where they are.
