About Haley

I am a compassionate caregiver with experience supporting older adults, including those living with dementia, as well as individuals with complex emotional and behavioral needs. I currently care for an elderly client with dementia, assisting with daily routines, meal preparation, companionship, and creating a calm, supportive environment. My background includes working as a live-in sober companion for young adults in addiction recovery and mental health challenges, as well as supporting individuals with autism and behavioral needs. These roles have strengthened my ability to remain patient, grounded, and attentive in a wide range of situations. I am also a certified health coach with a holistic wellness background, and I bring this into my care through nourishing meals, gentle routines, and support for overall well-being. I am warm, reliable, and intuitive, and I prioritize creating a safe, respectful, and peaceful environment where each person feels seen and supported.
