I'm passionate about helping students unlock their full potential through personalized support. I have a college degree and one year of experience tutoring students in science at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. I actively listen to students and observe how they engage with new material. I vary my teaching strategies to accommodate their learning styles, incorporating visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I believe in creating an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment where students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Regular communication is important to me, and I provide updates to parents so they can stay informed and reinforce learning at home. Seeing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring.
